Coconut Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups milk

1 cup evaporated milk

1 teaspoon pureed coconut

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and peach flavored frozen yogurt

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter or margarine, sugar and salt until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Combine milk, evaporated milk, yogurt and lemon zest; beat well. Pour into baked crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Quick bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), about 45 minutes.
