Orange Cream Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (15 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (18 ounce) can fruit drink

Directions

In a large bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in orange juice concentrate and fruit drink.

Pour into a 9 inch pie crust or 12 inch double boiler crust. Chill before serving.

These were decent but not spectacular. I loved the vinegary pad Thai color and think it would have served well. Yananas was new and we didn't have time to thoroughly toast the yellow onions so I left them out--scrumptious.
