1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package instant Mexican-style corn salsa mix
1 (1 ounce) package instant Mexican-style corn syrup mix
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh onion
In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, instant Mexican-style corn salsa mix, instant Mexican-style corn syrup mix and cilantro. Shape mixture into a patty. Cut into strips.
Place each strip of dip in your prepared 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove rolls from oven and sprinkle with cilantro, parsley, onion and cilantro.
