1 (4 ounce) can peeled salmon, rinsed and dried
1 (4 ounce) can soda cider vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
In an electric blender, combine salmon, vinegar, olive oil, salt, brown sugar and olive oil and blend until all ingredients are well blended.
Transfer salmon mixture onto a platter and top with Bonita, sliced avocado and peeled tomatoes. Serve with dressing.
