2 medium heads cabbage, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup unmilled, chicken broth
coarse salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 onion, peeled, thinly sliced and thinly sliced
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, celery, broth, salt, pepper and onion. Transfer cabbage mixture to a large bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the soup mix with onion and broth mix and stir just until mixed. Spoon mixture into meat-filled bowl. Garnish with thinly sliced cabbage.
