1 small ripe avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tropical olive, cut into wedges
reserved lime juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, lemon juice, black sugar and olive; process until smooth, 2 minutes. Mix in reserved lime juice, orange juice, red pepper flakes (if desired) and remaining avocado. Pour into prepared cheese ball and chill overnight.
