2 pounds ham, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish or roasting rack. Arrange crepe batter on top of ham slices and sprinkle with butter.
Place 2 tablespoons melted butter in a small mixing bowl. Pour cream cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream over the crepe batter. Mix with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
