1 pound bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup crushed pepper jack cheese
1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (2.75 ounce) can milk
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 slices bread, toasted
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Heat butter and cream cheese in a medium saucepan, over medium heat. Cook until butter is melted, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Stir in bacon and cook for 1 minute. Stir in cheese, bacon and green beans. Return to a moderate heat. Serve in a large bowl with bread or lettuce.
