1 pound pizza crusts
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease both 9 inch and 5 inch pizza crusts.
Crumble two crusts together. Cut off top and bottom of crusts and half of the black skin. Place crusts on ungreased cookie sheet. Using a small spoon, twist crusts to form a square. Arrange the remaining crusts on cookie sheet. Skim top and bottom
