1 pound flank steak
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices white bread
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry
Put the steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Add onion and melt to a medium color. Add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle evenly with bread pieces. Seal bag and shake vigorously to coat.
Place bread slices on a large plate and brush with maraschino cherry oil. Place the roast on top and coat with maraschino cherry oil. Cover bag tightly with plastic wrap and shake to coat.
Place the roast in the refrigerator to marinate for several hours.
