2 egg whites
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat egg whites in large glass mixing bowl until foamy. Mix with salt, sugar, cream of tartar, pepper and cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1
Let's face it - we're all guilty of making this at one time or another. A delicious way to use protein powder. Store in ice cube trays, and this stuff thawed quickly.
This was really good! I had red quinoa, but this was perfect for me. Would have made it lighter, but I think it blended well.
