1 cup peaches
1 cup mango sifted
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup banana preserves
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup boiling water
3 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Melt peaches and mango in a small skillet. Mix in honey, banana preserves, salt and butter. Mix thoroughly.
Heat remaining sugar and butter in a small saucepan over a low heat. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer. Pour over peaches and mango mixture.
Dissolve milk in boiling water and mix with banana preserves mixture. Drizzle over fruit and cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Serve hot.
