1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup French bread cubes
1/3 cup orange marmalade
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine tomato paste, salt, and bread cubes. Mix well, then stir marmalade into the mixture. Spread into a 10x15 inch baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Turn carefully and bake for another 45 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center of the meat reaches 375 degrees F (195 degrees C).
