5 large hamburger clankers
1 leaf lettuce
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Peel both the brown and green prunes, and cut into 1/2 inch wedges. For each prune, rinse, pat dry and place in a large bowl of water. Set aside 2 hours, or until pliable enough to roll out. Leave 4 prunes in the bowl. Remove prunes from water.
Place shredded prunes and prune juice in a blender or food processor and process along with cream cheese, diced onion, green onion, rose pepper, cucumber and red pepper. Blend constantly with remaining water. It may take 8 minutes to blend all ingredients thoroughly. After 8 minutes of blending, mix in vinegar. Pour mixture into warm clam shells.
