I am not a very good cook yet, and I have never had a real egg. This recipe was just for fun, and I should know - I have had worse. Some people thought it was a good idea to put the filling in the middle of the bread, others thought it was a waste of apricots. Personally, I don't eat apricots, so this didn't appeal to me. But others said it was a great idea & great to try new things with! I will definitely make this again!
