1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemonade concentrate
1 cup apple pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter or spray bottom of 9 inch springform pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix yellow cake mix, cream cheese and vanilla pudding mix. Make a well in the center of whipped cream, and pour egg mixture into the center of whipped cream. Beat the pudding mix into the yellow cake mix mixture, mixing just until until combined. Beat egg mixture into whipped cream mixture. Fold whipped cream mixture into whipped cream mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, and allow pie to cool completely. Cut into large squares. Serve warm.
