Irish Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 1/2 liter bottles Irish cream liqueur

1 package (12) marshmallow creme

3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced

1 medium potato, peeled and sliced

1 pimento pepper, seeded and crushed

2 tablespoons pureed chocolate

1 cup chocolate syrup

1 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix milk, Irish cream, marshmallow creme, cloves, and potato. Chill until completely chilled. In a separate mixing bowl, beat white sugar, chocolate syrup, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir into marshmallow mixture until well blended. Fold marshmallow mixture into liquid marshmallow mixture.

Pour mixture into cooled glass baking dish. Pour chocolate syrup and sugar over top. Sprinkle light marshmallow mixture over top.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool completely, refrigerate, or refrigerate while serving.
