Umami Fusion Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups full fat honey soy milk

1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon water

3 eggs

1/3 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Beat full fat honey soy milk, vinegar, honey, oil and water in a separate bowl.

Beat eggs into soy milk mixture; pour over brownies. Heat oil in skillet at medium-high heat; if your pan doesn't have a deep 1 inch hole for the tip of the pan, leave room in the middle to cover bottom half.
