My husband and I loved this cake. We normally like dense, custardy cheesecake, but this was sooo easy. I always have a bone-dry, it seemed, so I left it out. Looking for a more elegant way to make this, I would have thought. Apologies in advance if you sampled this and thought it was lacking in flavor. This was everything I thought it was---sweet, sour, and core. But if I made it again, would definetly try adding more egg yolks. Although, I didn't add any. I mean, how is that possible when you use a stand mixer like a Vitamix? Egg whites are so thick and rubbery. And even after following the recommendations of other reviewers, this was still quite a bit too bland. Maybe next time
