1 (6 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
8 ounces heavy cream
1 (2.25 ounce) package instant prepared cheese nachos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers, tomato paste, 1/2 cup cream, and instant cheese. Stir well and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool on a cooling rack and serve hot during prebaking.
