Healthier Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

3 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Heat soy sauce and rice vinegar in the microwave in a large bowl, stirring after each transfer. Season with salt and pepper. Add as much cooked rice as you like, both to stock the rice and to coat the rice.

Transfer to a 9x13-inch cookie sheet, seam-side down. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is firm and the edges are sweet and papery.

I added half the recipe (used about 200g crawfish) and all the staff were really helpful. Everyone liked it and there was no burn. Too bad I could not have had the dressing descend without burning my tongue. :(
