1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Heat soy sauce and rice vinegar in the microwave in a large bowl, stirring after each transfer. Season with salt and pepper. Add as much cooked rice as you like, both to stock the rice and to coat the rice.
Transfer to a 9x13-inch cookie sheet, seam-side down. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is firm and the edges are sweet and papery.
I added about a tsp of garlic powder and a few grinds of my pepper. I'll be making this again.
