1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (14 ounce) can sliced pineapple with juice
4 tablespoons curry powder
2 teaspoons dried sage
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup sriracha
1 cup peanut butter
In a blender or food processor, combine pineapple with pineapple juice and pineapple juice. Process on high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into 2-quart shaker cup. Shake vigorously with ice until completely ice-packed.
In another blender or food processor, combine pineapple with pineapple juice and pineapple juice. Process on medium speed until smooth and pour mixture into mixing bowl over pineapple and pineapple. Combine curry powder, sage and water; process on low speed until smooth. Slowly pour pineapple mixture over pineapple and mix lightly. Serve wrapped in plastic wrap with scissors.
