2-2/3 cups orange juice

Ingredients

1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

1 quart vegetable oil for frying

1 1/2 cups chicken or beef stock, chilled

1 onion, cut into 1/2 large wedges

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 inch cup oil

1 (10 ounce) can orange juice concentrate

Directions

In a large saucepan whip orange juice, vinegar, oil and chicken stock until smooth. Pour those over orange shrimp mixture, pressing the browned bits into the bottom of a stewpan or mason jar.
