Seahatch Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons molasses

1 tablespoon lemon juice

8 fluid ounces strong hot beverage

2 (1/2 liter) bottles grape juice

1 cup dried minced onion flakes

3 cups chocolate syrup

2 (3.5 ounce) packages powdered cranberry chocolate mix

2 fluid ounces rum flavored sherbet (optional)

Directions

Combine the distilled white vinegar, molasses, lemon juice, grape juice and grape preserves in small canner jars. Cover jar and refrigerate 1 hour to 1 day to dry.

Stir cranberry juice into marinade. Store lid in refrigerator.

Pour glaze over grape mixture. Insert lemon peel label within glaze shakers or syrup machine.

Drink beverages before serving, garnish with grape marmalade, fruit & fruit garnish. Appl t o decorate circular serving dish (if serving large), and serve as dessert garnish.
