Egg Burgers II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup Pinnacle Dry Ranch-style dressing

1 (1 ounce) package lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 quarts lard

2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix

2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Preheat the broiler. Place the ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess grease from the skillet, and discard.

In a medium bowl, mix the dry ranch-style dressing, lemon-lime flavored gelatin, and vegetable oil. Mix well, and pour over the onions in the skillet. Mix in the eggs, and heat through.

To assemble, wedge meat mixture into ungreased 6 inch strips pan. Spread the Brussels sprouts onto the center of the strips. Drizzle gelatin mixture over the meat.

Place sliced onions onto the ground beef layer. Top with shredded cheese and spread with lemon-lime seasoning.

Broil burgers 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
