1 (6 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) container frozen mixed fruit drink mix
1 (1 ounce) can lemon zest
In a medium jar, combine chicken broth, pineapple juice and frozen fruit drink mix.
Pour mixture into a small bowl. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Grease 8 tart tarts, cut into 4 inch cubes.
Remove tart shells from the containers. Cut open tart shells and place on to large serving platter. Garnish with lemon zest. Store, covered, at room temperature.
