1 (16 ounce) package vanilla marshmallows
1/2 cup honey
3 cups milk
6 drops green food coloring
3/4 cup dark rum
2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
1 cup vanilla ice
Microwave marshmallow creme in microwave for 15 seconds. Stir in honey, milk, food color and green food color. Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring. Stirring constantly, microwave for 1 minute. Stir in rum and grenadine syrup. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Chill until serving time. Cut into 1/2 inch squares.
