Smoked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the garlic powder, thyme, parsley, sage, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, paprika, garlic powder, dill weed and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate until desired.

Preheat grill setting for high heat.

Lightly oil grill grate.

Place salmon fillet on fillet of salmon mixture. Brush with butter or margarine and sprinkle with marinade over the end.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and this was amazing! These were very nice and bright. But I would have made a few changes, such as using WP32 mini gelatin powder for color, and substituting hot sauce for the tabasco, which were both great choices. But overall, very good and true to what you get at the store.
