Pecan Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups buttermilk

2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES Buttermilk Pecan Meringue

1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

Directions

Beat both the eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the buttermilk, egg white, and gelatin. Mix until well blended, then discard.

Transfer this mixture into another large glass or metal cutting or scrubbing bowl and beat gently for 1 minute. Chill until mixture is completely solidified.

Spread dough into prepared plates and refrigerate for about an hour or until firm. Cutppers can be stored in the refrigerator.
