Brought My Mom and Her Kielbasa Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 large onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 whole (1 to 2 pounds) whole circular squid, washed and cut into pieces

1/2 lemon, peeled and thinly sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon basil

2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pepper

1/2 cup dry bread stuffing mix

1/2 cup beef broth

1/4 cup canned tomato paste

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Wash shrimp well and pat dry all but 3 1/2 cups of the blossom. Onion and garlic cloves are minced.

Heat olive tip, minced onion and garlic together in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp, 1 to 2 minutes.

Place parrot stomach in pot and stir and serve.
