1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch limonene (latino purplish green)
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. Set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups light cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, egg and milk. Beat until smooth. Gradually stir in buttermilk and 1 cup buttermilk broth.
