1 1/2 pounds fresh tomatoes
2 cups bacon
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound lean beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bacon
1 cup chopped celery
In a medium bowl, mix tomato, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, and beef.
In a separate medium bowl, mix tomato mixture, mushrooms, brown sugar, onion, celery and bacon.
Place pork cubes in a mixing bowl and pour in tomato mixture and Worcestershire sauce mixture. Mix together well, and shape into 1 inch cubes. Roll meat into 1 inch cubes, pour tomato mixture mixture over meat, and cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
