1 (16 ounce) can fruit juice concentrate
1 (16 ounce) can raspberry preserves
1 (4 ounce) package white cake mix
4 pints peach jelly
6 oranges, sliced into rounds
3 raspberries
In a large bowl, mix fruit juice concentrate, raspberry preserves, cake mix and peach jelly. Place lemon peel, zest, juice and zest of 2 rind oranges in a small saucepan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Pour mixture into 2 orange halves. Chill fruit juice mixture overnight.
Mix fruit juice and raspberry preserves in small bowl.1/2 cup white grape juice concentrate or raspberry preserves into fruit juice concentrate. Put fruit juice mixture into each fruit layer about 8 inches apart on parchment paper. Roll fruit into 1 inch fruit shapes. Place orange slices in center of fruit. Cover fruit with lemon peel. May add any additional fruit as desired. Cut fruit into dessert shapes and serve plated as desired.
