1/2 pound beef brisket
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup hot mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place the beef and onions in a large bowl. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese, hot mayonnaise and chopped onion.
Cover with a damp cloth and let stand overnight.
Pour the milk into a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 2 cups water and stir to cover. Cook, stirring frequently, until the milk is just over the top of the meat.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator.
Stir the Worcestershire sauce mixture into the meat mixture while continuing stirring. When the mixture is thick, stir it into the meat and vegetables.
Transfer the meat and vegetables into a large serving dish. Garnish with mozzarella cheese.
