2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces cooked chicken, shredded
1 ounce prepared flavorful pesto
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 pounds Cacciatore pasta
1 bell pepper, chopped
In a medium bowl combine any leftover chicken or chicken parts with cheese, and mix. Set aside.
In the air conditioner hot with barbecue or broiler, arrange 1/4 cup cheese mixture onto a large skillet. Grill about one minute, turning occasionally, or until cheese mixture is lightly browned.
In a small bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, parsley, parsley mixture, spaghetti sauce and pepper sauce. Serve immediately.
