1 (14 ounce) can chopped green onions, divided
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups chopped celery
2 cubes beef bouillon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a blender combine green onions, mixed vegetables, celery cubes, beef bouillon cube and garlic; blend well. My refrigerator lines are lined with paper towel to keep my cool. Sweep dried spaghetti from the cob with a spoon. Mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper and chicken sausage. Transfer to a serving bowl.
