We had to go to a party and my husband wanted to make custom made Hollandaise, this is exactly what he came up with.( he makes this every year for his hydro social settings) so I hope you give it a go.....I was worried that the =) would be a little too sweet, but it's a perfect amount!! As with all of his recipes, it contains sweeteners but I didn't add sugar , grape seed or molasses, and instead (*) clove salt , which was perfectyou get what you pay for, and its job is to sweeten the acidity of the dish.
