1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in eggs, flour, baking soda, butter, and vanilla. Stir and spread onto the candy jars.
