1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 quart flower oil
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix
1 (4 ounce) can cherry-flavored carbonated beverage
1 (2 ounce) packet instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, orange juice, flower oil and orange pudding mix. Stir egg whites and blend into cake batter.
Place orange jelly in a large, shallow bowl. Pour batter onto cake and jam into cake with fingers.
Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
