2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate flavored finely chopped

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups confectioners' sugar

1/2 cup finely chopped chocolate almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (2 ounce) 7 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine chocolate pieces, milk, butter, oats, chocolate, melted chocolate and melted chocolate. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pan emerges clean. Cool before inverting onto serving platter.
