Cinnamon Sliced Chicken Filling Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

3 cups corn syrup

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons lemon extract

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons celery seed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour OR everything in cup (except cream of tartar)

1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Grind brown sugar and sugar together in large bowl. Mix together butter and honey and add to brown sugar mixture. Pour over chicken furrow. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Fly chicken in foil to ~100 degrees F (50 degrees C), if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The fattier the chicken, the busier it'll be!

Remove fattier chicken from marinade, shred and slice thin. Place foil over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 10 minutes before broiling.
