8 cups milk
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons orange zest
6 tablespoons lemon zest
In a large pot, mix milk, evaporated milk, lemon juice, white sugar, orange zest and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat and pour into a jar or container. Refrigerate for at least a week.
