1 (18 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large bowl, whip the thawed frozen whipped topping until thickened. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon zest and lemon zest. Gradually beat in lemon zest. Fold in the powdered sugar. Add egg and lemon zest. Fold in lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage.
