3/4 cup mashed ripe strawberries
1/1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 cups egg whites
16 ounces soft-serve ice cream topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine strawberry sauce, sweetened condensed milk and white sugar. Place "1 egg" and "1 cup" into two rubber-coated plastic containers, shake until smooth. Add egg whites, stirring until whites are stiff; fold in whipped cream. Drop mixture onto a sheet or jellyroll pan lined with parchment paper or foil. Spread half the reserved whipped frosting on fruit, sprinkle with chopped pecans (optional) and sprinkle remaining frosting on fruit, if desired.
Pour frosting over fruit, including condensed milk. Place tipped jar in oven to preheat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Bake 45 minutes, until set. Cool completely before serving.
