6 small green onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup grated carrot
1 (2 ounce) package sliced pimento peppers
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped black olives
3 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups sliced ripe banana
1 (12 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
Place onions and carrot in a dish or bowl. Peel and cut each pepper into 1/4 inch slices. Mix in olives, bananas and strawberries. Spread over vegetable mixture.
Prepare whipped topping by adding 1/2 cup milk or milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, pimento and orange zest. Drizzle mixture over vegetable mixture. Chill covered and refrigerate before serving.
