1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place cream cheese and pudding mix in a medium bowl. Whisk together brown sugar, lemon zest, pecans, and pecans.
Spread cream cheese mixture over each pecan, filling is flattened.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until pie is golden brown.
