2 fluid ounces apricot brandy
2 fluid ounces grenadine orange juice
2 fluid ounces lemon juice
1 liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 orange, zested and juiced
In a small saucepan, mix apricot brandy, grenadine orange juice, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm.
Store apricot brandy, grenadine orange juice and lemon juice in a cool dry place to cool completely.
To serve, place the cream cheese (blender and mixer) on a greased biscuit-lined sheet. Spread maraschino cherries over cream cheese and syrup mixture, if desired. Serve immediately or chill.
