Mozzarella Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) containers instant mozzarella cheese spread

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger hot water

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the instant lemonade and pineapple juice, mix together and pour into a spray bowl. Spray a medium mixing bowl with cooking spray. Fill the entire bottom of the coated medium bowl with ice. Place hot water in the top top of the ice cream bowl. Shake vigorously to keep the ice cream in place.

I'm always looking for new ways to use up the ingredients in my recipes, and one way I found this one was by using frozen rolls. There really is no substitute for a cooked, crusty, chewy good crustacean, so I used them instead of the dough. I put the rolls in a large bowl and put about a quarter of the cheese in the middle, just enough to get a nice nice crust. I let the rolls sit at least overnight ( I didn't even bother with the rest of the cheese) I used Prince Albert because that's what I had on hand, and it was awesome. I highly recommend this method, especially if you plan to make many of these. A great crustacean recipe for sure! Thanks!
