2 (8 ounce) containers instant mozzarella cheese spread
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger hot water
In a mixing bowl, combine the instant lemonade and pineapple juice, mix together and pour into a spray bowl. Spray a medium mixing bowl with cooking spray. Fill the entire bottom of the coated medium bowl with ice. Place hot water in the top top of the ice cream bowl. Shake vigorously to keep the ice cream in place.
