1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt the butter in a medium bowl, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy. Mix in the lemon juice, white sugar, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle over the shrimp and dip. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir all of the ingredients into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Dip the cream cheese into the lemon juice mixture as well as the butter mixture to thoroughly coat. Brush the shrimp with the lemon juice mixture and dust with the cream cheese and Swiss cheese frosting.
Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
