1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup cornflakes cereal
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter, softened
2 (4 ounce) cans crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, milk and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.
Beat eggs and pineapple into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in pineapple and cornflakes cereal. Mix thoroughly. Fold in nutmeg, vanilla extract and butter. Beat all together.
Spread the custard mixture into the pie crust. Place a layer of pecans in the center of the pie crust. Press the cream cheese mixture into the center of each pineapple. Pour the remaining mixture onto the pie crust. Secure with a toothpick.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until custard is bubbly and edges are golden.
